Phone support

It supports the phone in the specified time zones in accordance with the working order by phone. This support is not an education. It is intended to provide quick resolution to user inquiries.

Our phone support service is provided for the first purchase for up to 1 year depending on the purchase of update packages.

It should be discussed with our business partners outside of the specified time frame.

Remote access and support

TeamViewer’s enterprise license provides remote access service within specified time zones in accordance with the working order. Our software support services are provided for up to 1 year following the purchase of update packages for the first purchase.

Onsite support

It is a service our business partners offer to our customers. Service content is determined according to the scope of the maintenance agreement between them.

Updating service is provided free of charge to customers who have a maintenance contract. We are especially proposing a maintenance contract with our business partners operating in the retail sector. We are committed to providing solutions to problems that can occur between a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 48 hours under the maintenance agreement.
